Boneless
Chops- extra lean loin eye chops from boneless center cut loins are
carefully pre-shaped to produce a boneless chop of exceptional uniformity.
The ultimate in value and flavor, these chops are a delicious, fully
edible protein product. Very versatile as the chops can be used in health
care facilities as well as white tablecloth establishments.

Bone
in Chops- In various shapes and sizes, these chops vary in type from
center cut chops to end cut chops. The center cut chops are produced from
pre-shaped loins which ensure a consistent thickness and cook time. Various
levels of trim are available, giving the chops a full spectrum of prices.
End to end, cut chops are a full range of chops cut from whole bone in loins
while end cut chops are produced from the shoulder end or ham end of the
whole loin. All can be prepared by grilling, baking, broiling or smoking.
A variety of sauces and glazes will compliment the chops.

Smokey
Apple Chops - For years, pork has been combined with fruit, creating
