Tenderloins
The premium
cut of meat from a pork loin. Iowa Quality Meats offers several pork tenderloins
for various uses. The Filet is peeled to the blue and the side muscle
is removed.

Tenderloins - These tenders are carefully removed from butcher/market
hogs and trimmed if necessary. Each filet is then individually vacuum
packaged for longer shelf life and product quality. Only natural, full
piece filets are used giving a product that is 100% consumable and very
low in fat content. Great for pork medallions in tablecloth establishments.
Also available flavored with smokey apple, honey mustard or peppercorn
marinades. Sized at 1.25 lbs. and down.
Country
Fare and Raccoon Valley Tenderloins - Tenderloins from heavier loins
are also available as a more economical tenderloin. Each filet is individually
wrapped in plastic for convenient use. An excellent product for oven roasting
or smoking. This can also be used in many Mexican dishes.
